Returns & Refund Policy

At Wife & Worthy, every item is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we want to be clear about how returns and refunds work:

1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Since each product is custom-printed when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference reasons. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wifeandworthy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Printful requires clear photos to process replacements.

3. Wrong Address

If the shipping address you provide is incorrect and the order cannot be delivered, Printful will not issue a refund. You may be responsible for reshipping costs if you’d like the item resent.

4. Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with Printful to investigate and make it right where possible.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

Your item cannot be replaced due to being out of stock, or
Printful confirms a quality or printing error that cannot be corrected with a replacement.
